Delete Your Account & Data

This page applies to the Fast Money: Rewards & Games app (and the related apps Cash Money and Lucky Money) published on Google Play.

How to request deletion

Send an email to free.money.online.fm@gmail.com with the subject “Account Deletion Request”.
Send it from the Google account email you used to sign in to the app (or include that email address in the message).
We will verify the request and delete the account. You will receive a confirmation reply when it is done — normally within 7 days, at most 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your account profile (name, email, photo URL from Google Sign-In)
Your coin balance, game/task activity and reward history
Your referral code and referral links
Pending redemption requests (they are cancelled)

What may be kept, and for how long

Completed payout records — kept up to 2 years for accounting and legal compliance.
Fraud-prevention records (device identifiers linked to abuse) — kept up to 1 year to prevent repeat abuse.
Data held by third-party services (Google Firebase, ad networks, RevenueCat) is governed by their own retention policies — see our Privacy Policy.

Delete some data without closing your account

You can also request deletion of specific data (for example your activity history) without deleting the whole account — use the same email address and describe what you would like removed.
